Her commitment and loyalty to YFDDC has rewarded her with on-the-job training for dental assisting. She is seen filling in for dental assistants when there is staff shortages.

"I value customer satisfaction as it helps retain customer loyalty which is part of the YFDDC mandate, to build long lasting relations with clients. As Admin Assistant I am responsible for scheduling patients appointments and ensure that their visit at our facility runs smoothly. My duty is to make sure that there is continued communication between us and our patients, thus keep them updated of any changes to avoid inconvenience.
Qualification: Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Service Management (Boitekanelo College)
